The gregarious Wolf and the Lone Wolf...together at last...George Wolf is a maritimer/westcoaster/trona guy, been around and done some great things with his life in the face of some big hurdles...but this is a story of a guy who believes life is better if you are easy to get along with...If you are a fan of country, folk and rock with a good story, here it is...Oh, and find Lonewolf on CD Baby and buy a song or two if you like, he would...

Jeff hope, one of the Wolf's Den undiscovered treasures...A journeyman musician, singer-songwriter, performer...remember the BBB (Big Ballad Bands) of a decade or 3 ago...sometimes reminiscent of those with both an edge and a softer approach...coming from a music-oriented family (his dad was one of a number of Haligonian musicians to taste the "big time")...and there is always bonus material in thepodcast...and no commercials...

We did this episode in the Wolf's Den Series for a reason. In general our little show to a limited audience is all about our passion and support for music made and played in the 4 provinces that are known as the Atlantic Provinces. Newfoundland/Labrador, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and here in Nova Scotia...
We are or have been tied up with just the players and writers...interviewing and featuring musicians in the area described and, if possible, having them perform. We usually do this in Studio Jaydubya....which is a room in my basement with multiple mics and cameras and we capture the ambient or room sound...we also have enough room for a small group of spectators should someone want to attend...contact info will be supplied at the end, lol...but we soon came to the realization that they, the most regaled and probably most important link, wouldn't be doing anything without the support of many others besides fans. So we have now begun to do feature shows on the venues and owners, the studios and constant sidemen and of course who are a very important ingredient. This show with Andy Lambert is exactly what we are talking about. The drummers and Bass players and recording places...and the bars and clubs that are now becoming more interested in supporting live music...this idea of directing immense amounts of praise on artists that you will never meet and will never know while ignoring much superior talent living next door is just not what we do here...we are Atlantic Canadians.
We have also been very lucky to discover artists who have only recorded one or two songs, so they are featured on our other show, the Atlantic Indie Project, which is actually more descriptive of our goals...as just regular folk, we do our best to never judge but we do also try not to make anyone nauseous...lol...we really want to hear it all....
The Atlantic Indie Project has all the required links to contact us...and from there you will be provided personal links...
